INFRASTRUCTURE
At ACE Engineering, we have a state-of-the-art infrastructure that supports our manufacturing and project execution capabilities. Our facilities include:
Registered Office: A 1,000 sq. ft. office in the heart of Chennai, equipped with the latest software for seamless customer communication and project management.
Factory Facilities: Two factory units, each spanning 4,000 sq. ft., located in the Kakkalur Industrial Estate, about 40 km from Chennai. These units are fitted with the latest machinery for manufacturing and assembling blasting and painting machines.
Project Branch Office: A 600 sq. ft. office in Bangalore to manage projects and customer support.
Skilled Workforce: Our team includes 20 trained and qualified engineers who handle technical sales, designing, execution, erection, commissioning, and after-sales support.
R&D and Design: In-house engineers dedicated to research and development, ensuring continuous improvement in the design of ongoing projects.
Fabrication Facilities: While we manage most fabrication in-house, we also work with trusted vendors in Chennai and Bangalore. Our vendors are equipped with CNC machines for precision sheet metal work and specialize in fabricating stainless steel parts and heat exchangers.
Suppliers: We source customized components, such as control panels and circulating fans, from renowned suppliers like TCF, Bonfiglioli, Rittal, Olympia, and ABB House.
